imagePROFILE Feature

Real-time Monitoring

imagePROFILE includes a number of purpose built dashboards that enable key functions not only to be monitored, but also enabling actions to be quickly taken to ensure that each function stays on track.  Action centres provide focused access points that enable processing exceptions to be  quickly referenced and remedial actions performed.

Pre-built management dashboards and action centres, include:

  • Document Capture
  • Heads Up Data Entry (HUDE)
  • Forms Processing
  • Reconciliation, LIMS to imagePROFILE
  • Document Registration
  • Processor Monitor

Designed to allow non-technichal users to build meaningful dashboards to suit their own needs, the dashboard designer is intuative to use, and enables sophisiticated dashboards to be designed, allowing tailored dashboards relevent to any management function within the organisation to be built.  Once designed, dashboards may be published to authorised users or job roles within your organisation.  The drill down feature enables you to build dashboards that allow you to move from high-level summaries to more detailed break-downs of data points.  The dashboard data server is optimised to enable multiple users the most efficient monitoring of real-time data.

  • Non-technical integrated dashboard designer
  • Security controlled assess model
  • Lifecycle management – design, authorise, publish
  • Optimised for multi-user real-time access
  • Drill-down to detail

Alerts within imagePROFILE allow special indicators to be defined based on specific control points, that highlight when those control points are reached for a process or activity.  Alerts can be associated with process steps, processors, exception types and procedures.  Alerts are highlighted when relevant actions are performed or thresholds are reached.  The types and classification of alerts may be configured according to the requirements of the organisation.

Customisable rules can be associated with events that may occur during laboratory processing.  Notification actions can be defined for a specific event that define the audience for the event notification – the users or jobs roles that the notification is to sent to, as well as the notification details and priority of the event notification.  Notification rules are customisable to the organisation and may be defined by an authenticated user who is authorised to manage notifications.

Keep track of key processes against their defined relevant service standard. Service standards allow key processes and priorities to be defined and monitored.  This allows you to effectively monitor key metrics against your operational service standards.  Definable key events facilitate proactive alerts that can be used to provide notification when process controls become out of bounds.
